This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Parlayers Fantasy Sports Inc. ("Parlayers", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Parlayers mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, Parlayers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Parlayers offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans through the Apple App Store:

• Silver — Monthly subscription granting access to the Player Prop Tool.
• Gold — Monthly subscription granting access to the Player Prop Tool and Sharp Money Tool.
• Platinum — Monthly subscription granting access to the +EV Plays Tool and all lower-tier features.
• Ruby — Monthly subscription granting access to the Arbitrage Tool and all lower-tier features.

Billing. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

Managing subscriptions. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Upgrades. When upgrading between subscription tiers within the same subscription group, Apple will credit unused time from your current plan and charge only the prorated difference.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to any data within the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, and software — are owned by Parlayers Fantasy Sports Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Parlayers does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Sports data and analytical tools are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or gambling advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlayers Fantasy Sports Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Parlayers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
